Growth happens at the edges of comfort. That's the philosophy driving my most ambitious professional challenge yet—scheduling 100 real estate listing appointments in the month of March, more than doubling my previous record of 42 appointments in a single month.

The vulnerability is palpable in my voice as I share this goal. I'm flushing, anxious, and questioning my own sanity, yet deeply committed to pushing these boundaries. Based on my conversion metrics—one appointment secured for every 9.8 conversations—this challenge means speaking with nearly 1,000 potential sellers in just 31 days. To make this possible, I've meticulously time-blocked 18-21 hours weekly for prospecting calls, reorganized my entire client database, and am leveraging every marketing channel from Google inquiries to my library of 2,100+ online videos.

The preparation extends beyond my professional life. I'm meal prepping, adjusting sleep schedules, and eliminating non-essential activities to preserve energy for this marathon effort. When recently asked about my motivation for such discipline, I realized it's simple: I believe meaningful growth only happens in moments of deliberate discomfort. This challenge represents uncharted territory not just for me, but potentially for the real estate industry at large—I'm not aware of any agent who has achieved this milestone before.

I've never done this before, I've never accomplished this and I'm actually scared, I'm uncomfortable. I am excited for this challenge but I am definitely scared out of my mind. What I'm looking to do in the month of March is to set 100 listing appointments. To have 100 listing appointments set in the month of March. Now let me go back. That is a tremendous, tremendous amount of appointments. Even saying it, I'm like, oh my God, every time I say it I get a little anxious. But 100 listing appointments in the month of March, now, the most that I ever did in any month. I did 41 last month, in January. Last year, in March I did 41. And in April I did 42. That was the most I ever did in one month. It's 42 listing appointments.

Yeah, I have other things that I do as well. Right, I have to prepare for these appointments and then I have to actually do the appointment. So I have outlined and all in my calendar the times that I will be calling in the month of March to get to 100 set listing appointments and I'm going to talk to you over the next 30 days about the challenge each day. So this week I'm beginning to organize the database, organize all the people that I'm going to call. I'm still not finished with it, so tonight I'm going to be focusing on finishing the appointments from 2023. I had to see if there's anything in there that I can go back and call. I may be looking to sell this year in 2025. That's one part of it. The schedule for the entire month is time blocked. I have 18 hours time blocked for calling per week and actually, looking at that, I may have to increase that to 21 hours of calling. I figured that for every 9.8 people I speak to, I can set an appointment. So every 9.8 people I speak to, I can set an appointment. So you can do the math and you can figure out how many I have to speak to. So there's also people coming in from. They call us directly, they find me on Google. They want to find out what their home's worth. They want to list their home. There's also marketing mailers that we do so I get calls from that. So it's a combination of marketing coming in from all the different avenues. All these different videos I've done I've had 2,100 plus videos online and the database. So I have the database.

I have action and thought to meet this challenge of 100 listing appointments set in the month of March. I'm even flushing as I'm talking about this, because it is a lot of anxiety, a lot of anxiety, a lot of pressure I'm putting on myself, and I had a couple people ask me somebody asked me yesterday and somebody asked me today why are you so motivated, why are you so disciplined in what you do? I sat there I was like, hmm, I didn't really have an answer. My answer was that I just want to be better every single day, and this challenge for me is really I've never set out for a challenge quite like this before, so it's something I haven't done and it makes me super uncomfortable. And see, it's within. The being uncomfortable is where we actually grow. That is how we grow and we evolve to the next level. It's just doing the work, getting in the right rooms, being around the right people, and so my commitment is to set 100 listing appointments in the month of March.
