Give it all away. The hell am I talking about? Give it all away? You will be paid in direct proportion to what you know that you give away. That's right. I'm going to repeat that again you will be paid in direct proportion to what you know to give it all away. So, being in contribution, I don't care what you do, who you are, you all can contribute to somebody and we grow our lives and our business by giving it all away.

I have produced, at this point, 2100 plus videos over the course of many years and over 600 probably in the last year and a half, 600 probably in the last year and a half, and my goal is to give it all away, to give all my knowledge away to help as many people as I can to be successful in real estate and in life by being the solution. We all are a solution. We just have to really believe that you have inside of you everything it takes to be your own solution. You may not have all the answers in regards to the business that you ran in real estate or mortgage or insurance or whatever. Number one we talked about personality types. It's interesting I have some people in our organization 25 years yet personality types. Not everybody knew why we speak in a certain way. We talked about the compound effect, we talked about the three Cs transparency, how, what the law of reciprocity is. Do you know what the law of reciprocity is and what that means? And so we went through seven things today in an action-packed one hour meeting, seven different things, and then I realized, oh my gosh, that's a lot. I just went through with everybody.

But believing in contribution and giving back and giving it all away is really what has been a game changer for me. And I believe that the more that you can do that as a human because, listen, why are we here? People ask me how are you motivated? Why do you want to do better? Why do you want to do more? I said, you know what? Because God put me here. Because God put me here for a reason, and the reason he put me here is to be in contribution, is to give it back, is to teach, is to show love, is to show respect, is to be all that you can be. God puts you here to be all you can be. Are you being all that you can be? Are you doing everything that you can right now in your life to be the solution to be all that you can be.

I don't care if you're down and out and it's not a good time, because I've been there. Believe me, I've been there and I've had so many struggles in my life. But you know what? The one thing I did every day I got up and I showed up and I was the best that I could be that day, and that is all you can ask for is to be the best that you can be just today.

And when you're down and out, you know what you do. You help somebody that is worse off than you. There are so many people out there right, somebody that is worse off than you. There are so many people out there right now that are worse off than you that need your help. They need your message. People need my message. They need your message. You can.

I don't care how much you know or don't know. They need your message. You have something to give back to the world. Give it all back, give it all away. Give it away, be in contribution, love what you do and if you don't love what you do, find something that you love so much that you couldn't stop doing. And so, with that message, I'm going to say we all have something and you have something, and I believe in you. I believe that you can do it, because I did it and I know that you can do, because we were all born unique and we were all born special and we were all born to make a difference in this world. So I'm going to ask you now what are you going to do to be the solution, to be the best person that you can be, especially during this time, the holiday season? What can you do to make a difference?
