I keep on saying the same thing. Keep on saying the same thing over and over and over again Work works. So we're today, 22 business days in this year, thus far that I worked, 58 listing appointments done, 58. 32 listings signed. 22 days, 58 appointments, 32 listings signed. Does this happen overnight? No, takes time, commitment, excellence Same thing, groundhog Day.
Speaker 1:Over and over and over again. It's the work, the boring stuff. Not that it's boring, it's just repetitive. Doing the same thing over and over and over again Making dials, making the calls, having the conversations, talking to people a lot Like there's a sales script, I have questions that I need to ask, but it's talking to people like a human, just listening, talking to them, not at them, but to them, with them and really meeting them where they're at. So let's talk about rise, relate, imagine the best outcome, serve, serve yourself, serve others. And E energy, all the good energy, putting that all together. And when you're having these conversations, it's all about how can I serve the other person, how can I bring them value. So there's no selling required, because the selling is in just doing the work, just putting the time in, just being in contribution. Just doing the work, just putting the time in just being in contribution. That's how you do 58 listing appointments in 22 business days and sign 32 listings In June of 2023,.
Speaker 1:I decided to go all back in in expired listings listings that have been on the market, didn't sell before with another broker, before with another broker and I started to build this pipeline and then doing some other things with our online and also with some marketing pieces that would go out. Then, of course, all the videos and being on here, I did what? 500? And some days, every single day, I did a video live. All of this over time, over 21 years. You don't build a pipeline like this in a day or a minute or in weeks or in months. It's years and years and years of it.
Speaker 1:But the good news is you can start right now and do these things because the time is going to pass anyway. Things because the time is going to pass anyway. So if you're not focused right now on doing the work, then the time's going to pass and people say it's hard. You know what's hard being broke, that's hard, not being able to pay your bills. That's hard. Doing the work, just making a commitment and just doing it. That's all you need to do so you can do 58 appointments in 22 days and get 32 listings which I have many more still coming from that and if you continue to follow up, persevere, meet people where they're at, that's all that's going to help.
Speaker 1:And so I'm going to keep on saying the same thing Work works. You do the work, you put the time in, you will get the results. It may not happen as quick as you would like it to happen, it may not, but know that if you put the time in, eventually it will work. How do you increase what you want to do and what you want to make? You make more calls, you get better at what you do and you increase in our case, it's real estate, so you increase what your price point is. That's how you make more money in real estate. That's it, those three things.
Speaker 1:Talk to more people, get better at talking with people and being human and not stale-sy, and raise your price point if that's what you want. So you get to decide. I'm going to keep on saying the same thing that work works. So go ahead, go out there, do the work. Know that everybody can do it. If you want to do it, you have to decide what it is that you want, and once you make that decision of what you want, the opportunity is there for you.
