105. Mark Hiller: The Ins and Outs of Real Estate
Mark's real estate journey began in 2013 after a month-long stay in a rehab facility. He worked tirelessly - 18 hour days, 7 days a week were the norm during his first few years in the real estate world. Mark only sold 3 properties in his first 18 months as a Realtor and will never forget the days of being on food stamps to keep his family fed! But, he never gave up. “Keep doing what you are doing, it will come” he was told by one of his mentors. And that is exactly what he did, Mark’s team has sold a whopping 275 properties in the last 18 months.
Fast forward---Mark was ranked #127 in the US and #8 in Florida for closed transactions in 2020 by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal before starting his team. Most recently the Hiller Group was ranked #15 in Florida by America's Best for small teams in closed transactions. The Hiller Group Closed 160 transactions in 2020 and has already surpassed that for closed and pending transactions in 2021!
